About Me
My name is Aarya Gupta, and I am a student at Acton Boxborough Regional High School. I have been playing the piano since I was 8 years old, and over time, music has become much more than just a skill– it has become a way for me to express myself, find a feeling of relief, and connect with others.
I started Timeless Tunes because I believe that it is never too late to start something meaningful and beautiful, like music. Piano isn’t just about playing notes– it's about creating moments of pure happiness and self-expression. Through this program, I wanted to share that experience with seniors, especially those who have always wanted to learn or who once played but haven’t gotten the chance to get back at it.
Music has the unique ability to bring back old memories and create new ones at the same time. A familiar melody can spark emotion, stories, and moments from the past, while also creating new experiences of delight and connection in the present. My vision for TimelessTunes is to use the music as a bridge between past moments and current ones to make them even more memorable.
Whether someone is learning for the first time or rediscovering their passion for music, even the smallest progressions are something to be proud of, because it shows that they are capable of doing incredible things.
Through Timeless Tunes, my goal is for every person who joins to feel that they still have so much to learn, enjoy, experience, and connect with after every session. Never forget that music has the power to remind us that no matter our age, we are always capable of learning, finding joy, and creating magical tunes.
